Hosting

• If you decide to change to a hosting package with Hoststar, advance payment is required for the annual fee for the respective hosting package.
  This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:
  
  StarEntry
  EUR 4,90 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / EUR 58,80 (including VAT)
  In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of EUR 58,80.

Reseller

• If you decide to change to one of Hoststar's Reseller packages, the annual fee for the respective Reseller package is to be paid in advance.
  This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:
  
  ResellerBiz
  EUR 49.00 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / EUR 588.00 (including VAT)
  In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of EUR 588.00.

Servers

• If you decide to change to one of Hoststar's vServer packages, the advance payment is required for the annual fee for the respective vServer package.
  This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:
  
  VirtualPlus
  EUR 29.90 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / EUR 358.80 (including VAT)
  In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of EUR 358.80.

Domain

• If we handle the registration of your domain name with our domain name registration partner, the costs for this (see website) are to be paid together with the annual subscription fee.

Note

Please note that our yearly invoices are sent to the email address you specified as the customer contact when you placed your order online.
